2018-10-12 There is no a direct way to export/import from Apple Mail to Outlook 2019. However, we can firstly export from Apple mail, convert to a supported format, and then import the data into Outlook 2019. Regards, Steve Fan. Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they helped.
First, let me tell you the technical aspects of the email clients you are dealing with. Apple Mail that runs on Mac, exports the email and other files in .mbox format. And Windows Outlook on your PC can import .pst and other formats but not .mbox.
So if your emails are still online then you can follow the same procedure to just sign in with your email account details and the emails will start downloading automatically. However, if this is not the case then you can try the following method if it suits you:

Below are the steps,
Step 1: Run Apple mail and click on File> Import Mailboxes Step 2: Select MBOX file where you want to export data, select File in MBOX format, and click on Continue Step 3: Browse the location where you have saved the MBOX file and click on choose and then click on Continue Step 4: Click ‘Done’ when process is completed In order to complete the import process, you need Eudora, as there is no direct feature available to import apple mail into MS Outlook. Step 1: Download and Run Eudora Step 2: Firstly, rename file extension of Inbox file form “xyz” to “xyz.mbx” Step 3: Now move xyz.mbx file name to a directory in which Eudora stores its files (C:Documents and Settings<user>Application DataQualcommEudora). Step 4: Open Eudora and double click on xyz.mbx to create the file and close Eudora Step 5: Now Import mailbox using Outlook Express Step 6: Import mailbox from Outlook Express to MS Outlook Cautions: To initiate manual method, you have expertise like an administrator. Manual Method doesn’t provide assurance for 100% safe migration
There is another alternative solution for the migration:
I found this third party application called Apple Mail to Pst Converter
